Cozy king room with a super comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was so good - plenty of fresh options to choose from 🥐.

The hotel staff showed extraordinary professionalism and ensured my complete satisfaction and delight throughout my stay. The rooms in this hotel are beautifully appointed and come with current amenities. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, as they offered great views and added a nice touch to my stay. The hotel's location in the Seattle East Side area is fantastic. It is within walking distance to everything in the adjacent neighborhood, making it convenient for guests to explore the area and enjoy all it has to offer.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The only request I would have next time would to have a room that is not facing main street.

Appreciated our rooms with a view. The location of the property was marvellous and stunning as we were short walk to parks, shopping, and restaurants, best grocery store in the state and a couple cool bars for after dinner enjoyment. Furthermore, in the gift shop or a vending machine on the premises.

The rooms perfectly clean, updated with the French Press coffee and reading when and pull out bed. Knowledgeable and decent hotel employees all round. The location wonderful and excellent close to the waterfront.

The hotel was well-kept and wonderful. The food was good. The location was magnificent and stunning, close to great restaurants. The room I stayed in was pet-friendly and well-appointed, with 2 queen size beds.

The pet-friendly hotel was first-class. My room was spacious with a complimentary fridge and a balcony, just as expected. The service was amazing and the food was fantastic. Additionally, the parking was on site.

Nice building, marvellous and beautiful location really close to the lake, the waterfront, and the Kirkland Performance Center. Amazing services, the private parking was available on-site.

The location downtown was perfect, as it allowed me to easily walk to all the great bars and restaurants in the heart of the area. The view from my room was breathtaking, especially when walking down by Lake Washington. The Delille Wine Bar was a delightful spot to enjoy a glass of wine, and the restaurant at this hotel was truly incredible. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment I arrived, they remembered my name and were always offering suggestions for places to check out. The service was impeccable, and the treatment of their guests was truly exquisite. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a spacious and well-appointed room, free toiletries, and a comfortable sitting area. The facilities and leisure options, such as free Wi-Fi and a fitness center, were also excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Trellis restaurant has very inconsistent service. Some of the servers appear not happy to have customers -

We love the location, near the ocean, great shops and restaurants in close proximity. This was our first visit to the spa and it was really wonderful, great services, professional and friendly, qualified practitioners, ranks up there with the Four Seasons Spas. A bonus we weren't expecting but received a 20% off spa treatment coupon at check in. Bikes - we haven't utilized them yet but we hope to come back in the summer and explore the area further. Trellis is really a good restaurant. Great menu, staff, ambiance, we like to sit in the outside area. The beds are very comfortable, nice pillow top mattress. We have stayed in both a suite and a king room, both very nice.

Nothing comes to mind other than a pool would make it a near perfect hotel.

I recently stayed at The Heathman Hotel for a short business trip. The hotel provided a classy, clean, and safe facility with a friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing overnight accommodations. The added touches of having our beds turned down each night, complimentary chocolates, ear plugs, and a bag of ice for drinks were especially appreciated. I also loved the French-pressed coffee each morning and the excellent dining facilities.
